Thanksgiving Tablescapes

Even though we won't be in the US for Thanksgiving, I love planning a festive tablescape.  If you are hosting this holiday, or maybe just looking for ideas for the year when it's 'your turn', hopefully these will inspire you.  They are certainly inspiring for me.
I had to put this one...hello...it says 'Melanie'.

I love this one, it's simple but elegant.

One of my favorites; I love the use of the white
and pastel colored mini pumpkins.

A modern version of Thanksgiving.

An example of what not to do. From our first Thanksgiving in
Dallas. No furniture yet, no company, no cooking. Perfect!

Thanksgiving 2009.
I was the hostess and used simple table settings, white
monogrammed linens, china and silver,
and pumpkin candles.

I was in charge of the table decor and
had to use what I found in the yard.
Wherever your Thanksgiving is, whether it is in the US or South Africa (like us!!), have a happy one!
