Have you ever had Pho (pronounced more like fuh)? It's delicious, especially on a cool and rainy day. We happened to have one of those days this weekend when our friends from Dallas were in town visiting.

Yesterday we drove through the Cascades to Moses Lake, WA for a quick business trip for Will's job. I tagged along for the ride, since I could, and am enjoying all the luxuries the Holiday Inn Express has to offer -- namely a bed, a tv and a gym. I'm doing just fine!!
