To The Teanaway We Go!

Last Sunday we went on a nice, long hike with our friend Wayne.  We headed out to Central Washington around 6 am and embarked on our hike a little before 9 am.  The weather was perfect and sunny all day.  We hiked roughly 15 miles by creating a loop with three different trails: Iron Bear, Teanaway Ridge, and Miller Creek.  The wildflowers were absolutely beautiful and they changed dramatically as we changed elevations.  Wayne is an expert in identifying flowers so he named off just about every flower on the mountain that we saw.  I can only remember a few of them, but here's a guide to help you identify wildflowers, if you are so inclined: http://www.wta.org/magazine/WT-06-08-WILDFLOWERS.pdf/at_download/file
