The Final Days
Now that it's a solid three months since my London trip, I figured it was time to slap up the rest of the photos so you can see what I did and then move on to my next post. I know you'll miss hearing each and every detail about my trip, but it's something that we'll both have to live with ;)
I left you at Cambridge, where Gwen and spent the day looking at prestigious colleges and cute little English professor-looking old men. What I'm about to do below is un-precedented on Mind.Of.Melanie. I'm going to do a photo bomb of the remaining days. You'll have to get creative from the photos and come up with your own story (imagine my voice-over for this section, and make sure to insert plenty of sarcasm). Here goes...
Day 5, Wednesday, February 12th: London Chocolate Tour (planned by G)
. 40 Pounds (and I don't mean weight) digested by each of us
. Running around the city in the rain, and loving every minute
. Over 6 famous London chocolatiers visited
. Ate our bags of fine chocolate while watching Wicked
. One AMAZING day
Day 6, Thursday, February 13th: Tate Modern, Shakespeare's Globe Theater, London Bridge & Tower of London (viewed, not toured), River Thames, Borough Market
. You get it...we did a lot
Day 7, Friday, February 14th: Hampton Court Palace, Kew Gardens, Valentine's dinner at Hedone
